REALTORS®: Perk Up Your Social Media Photos with the Over App

For just $1.99, you can add some fun to your photos.  The Over App, available for iPhone and iPad, allows you to overlay custom text on your photos.   Add a caption, apply some style and color, and personalize your photo. Then share it via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email, and more.  Plus, the Over App can send your photo creation as a custom postcard–they’ll mail it for you to anywhere in the world (for a fee, of course).

Now there’s never a reason to post a dull photo online:

Pitch Your New Listings with Ptch: A Guide for REALTORS®

PtchAppCreate a professional looking listing video in a matter of minutes?  It is possible, and we DID say minutes.  DreamWorks doesn’t just make great movies, apparently they also make great iPhone apps, and Ptch is just about our favorite (it’s not a typo, there’s no “i” in Ptch).  The steps are pretty simple…

  1. Download the app… it’s FREE!
  2. Create your account (we always prefer to sign up via email as opposed to Facebook).
  3. Select the photos or video clips you’ve taken on your iPhone that you’d like to use (Ptch has a 60 second time limit, so keep your clips short!).
  4. Arrange your media in your preferred order (edit them, crop them easily).
  5. Add some caption slides.
  6. Select a theme (complete with music).
  7. Publish.

You can choose the method of publishing… your Ptch can be sent via email, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.  If you’d like to use a music selection from your iTunes account, you can!
